Hello folks,

Figure I'd post this in case it will help others and see if others have experienced this. Over the last week, I noticed my shifts were not very smooth, almost like a jerky feel with each shift. It would throw my head forward and then accelerate as normal. I also noticed my Set button on the cruise control would not "set". These two items seemed to be attributed to a weak battery. With the new battery the shifts are smooth again and the cruise functions. Turns out my battery was still the original, 9 years old! I know this seems kinda far fetched but, you may want to consider the battery before other more expensive or more difficult fixes.

Good night!

a weak battery does weird things in a touareg. My injector deviance values improved with a fresh battery as well.
