Guys thank you for the welcoming coments. I do have some viscous plans in mind.

I am planning to build the Mother of all Diesel engines into a totally different platform.
But at the same time I want to get more reliable power by first mechanical tuning and software tuning.

In order to achieve this I will first look for a seriously blown engine.
Which I initially want to use to fit the engine inside the chassis and later use the blown engine to test what can be done to improve power before doing it on a perfectly sound engine.

Will investigate which transmission I will use either the original or a strong truck engine capable of living through the violence of 1000 to 1500 Nm gues 650 to 1000 lbs ft torque.

And the most challenging of all find dr edison to work on the wiring that will make the engine believe he is still sitting in his own home.

That's sort of sums up my plans.

Steve thanks for the interest.
I am a Dutch citizen based in Papua New Guinea.
I am quite close to Australia.

And the project will most likely because of logistics start in the US.
Before completion in PNG.

I have chosen this route because its an American car this engine will be transplanted into.
While also doing a restauration on the car.
Because of the availability of parts there will do the body work engine fitting and possibly engine tuning there.
Than ship all to PNG.
And do the final assembly there.

This in order to save on shipping costs. Shipp the whole project in one time only.
