The desire for diesel autos, minus pickup trucks, has greatly diminished. EPA has crushed them here in the states and they are no longer useful.

What I was really interested in was the diesel comment and lack of interest in high performance diesels
My understanding is that the tdi touareg is quite a desirable car based on the prices I see they are being sold for ?

They've become too expensive to buy, too expensive to maintain, and way too unreliable here in the states due to EPA crap
