Hi, we have a 2004 Touareg, upgraded to the factory Nav System 7L6035191E, and purchase GSM/GPS Antenna- 7L6035 507 J.
Here's the problem, the antenna connection coming out of the Nav System is a Male Molex Connection, the Antenna comes with a Male Connection. Obviously there is a missing female to female interface connection. WHen VW pulls up the Nav System and Radio, there is no part number for the interface. The dealer has given up, and their only solution is to go with a new internal wiring harness ($5,000 US). THis is not a option. I am sure someone has dealt with this problem in the past? Any help or guidance to a 3rd party interface would be greatly appreciate.
