Cute. I've always wanted a 996, but a GT2.
Same with the e30, but the M3.

But yeah, I've always hearted the GT2, simply because of its widowmaker nickname, and because I don't really like AWD but "need" the turbo..... I recall a few years ago when I was really toying with the idea, I was willing to settle for the 911TT as long as it had the X50 package.... but I could only find butchered up stuff....
About the M3... what an icon... can't even talk about it or I'll get all emotional and stuff... '90 M3 Evo..... I would do unspeakable things for one.....

you just reminded me of being under a soon to be scrapped e30 pulling brake lines. Struck up a conversation with a pair of legs working topside when he mentioned he had an e30 M3 that he was thinking of selling. I followed him home and sure enough...2nd owner, white w a tricolor band across the corner of the hood. He was an engineer and it used to be his DD so was quite pristine despite having 215k miles.Sorry, you lost me @ nice.... looking up the meaning now.

his ask...$15k !! It was mid Great Recession and I was too busy hanging on to my real estate to grab yet another e30.
