Hi all,
I have been searching the forums to find an answer to just one question... I think.
My 2014 MCU failed and I can hear the clicking noise on start up. I have tried all of the resets, etc. that I can find.
My unit is a 7P6035664cx. Can a unit ending in another letter like 7P6035664E be used?

Hard to believe that no one here has dealt with this... Thanks for looking - if you have any ideas of where else I could perhaps ask my question, please let me know!

Letter E is later revision of same part. All VAG parts function this way. 99% interchangeable. I know of one instance only where a part, for a MKIII Golf, did not fit exactly.
