all of the control on the steering wheel works just fine with the exception of the little scroll wheel up and down. I can access the menu but I can't select anything since the little scroll wheel does not seem to be working. is this an issue anyone has experienced before?

It may help to introduce yourself and say what age Touareg you have. Include as much information as possible. Was the wheel working? Has it never worked?

How’s it going everyone! My name if Fernando and I have a 2004 Touareg V6. Yes the wheel has always worked. And all of the controls on the steering wheel still do. Only the scroll up and down button is not working menu buttons work and back button works.

I’ve searched and searched and I can’t seem to find anything related to my problem. Would anyone have any advice or insights on this?
