I inheirited a 2011 Touarg TDI to help shuttle my family around, but it immediately threw the dreaded CIL/adblue countdown. I have brought it into the dealership twice, replacing sensors, flushing the DEF, etc. Drove it 20 miles, and it threw the same error. I drove it back to the dealer, they kept it for anothr month, and in that time only managed to clear the codes and drive it around some. Anyway, I drove it for another few weeks, and the error is back ("
9645 - Reductant
P20E8 00 [11101101] - Pressure too Low")
I'm hoping I can resolve the issue myself, having just gone through a 2 month ordeal with a slimy VW dealership (Hi Camelback in Phoenix!) that just left me poorer and less faithful in human goodness. However, I'm a realist, and understand that I will likely be returning to a Mechanic. Which brings me to my question: does anyone have a mechanic recommendation for the Santa Rosa CA area that deals in these diesel systems?
