i would like too get my 05 R5 with Air,to stay at loading level or 160mm in sportmode at any speed, how do i do that?. The other level should be original

You need to adjust it using a vag-com or buy a lowering module or you can buy the adjustable links.

There is no way to keep it lower without using one of the above mentioned options.
