I enjoy reading about all the mods that folks are doing via Vag-Com. I am not mechanically inclined and would only use the device to make about 4 adjustments.
1) open/shut windows with fob
2)passenger mirror dipping in reverse
3)activate green screen menu
4)clock time set by GPS vs Manual

It seems like a rather costly investment since pulling codes or checking engine functions won't be something I would be doing.

Is this something I could pay the dealer to do (if so what's your guess on cost) or are there members that might do it for a fee?

I'm in Sarasota Fl and tried searching Vag Locator with little luck.

Suggestions?

Have you checked your owners manual ? I think some if not all of those tweaks you can do yourself

Thanks, I will keep you in mind. I am planning on upgrading my Firmware but I need a windows based computer to unzip the files. I am all Apple here unfortunately.
