Last letter is probably the revision. The frequency is the same on both so I don't see a reason why you can't use it. Unless it has component lock it 'should' work. I can't confirm this as I've never had to change one.
Kessy handles on the other hand.....
Wheres that Touareg kid at... @SaVAGeSoot bring his ass over

what year, what engine, where in the world is it. if its older generation modules then it could be an easy internal fix. Namely resistors, and MOSFETS. Are you good at soldering?

Hi its a 2005 v10tdi located in Hungary.

OK, understood.
The first Touaregs did have problems with KESSY modules resistors and MOSSFETS burning out on the PCB. It has been done before by a few guys here.
Do you have any small electric parasitic draw from your car battery over time? This is a common fault when these components burn out. The fix, if it is the problem, is desoldering these components and soldering new ones back on. A cheap fix!
If it is something else, then I have heard that changing to different rev on modules can give you headaches when trying to pair with the other 5 modules.

Are you confident in opening the module and look at the PCB. From what you are saying, that seems to be the problem.
