Suggestion: Don't ever bring your VW to Lia! I brought my 4-Motion Passat to LiaVW/Springfield for an oil change, and it came back leaking a rainbow of fluids. They denied causing any problems but agreed to fix. After repair it still was leaking oil and something green like a seive. The service dept kept refusing responsibility, and I brought it to a reliable dealer (B.Barry W.Hartford) to get it fixed up right.
Let me know how Dana does... My T-Reg will never see Lia, and I've heard enough complaints about Father's & Sons that my vehicle will never see their shop either.
Unfortunately, living in the Springfield area I'm at least 25 mins away from a good dealer and 5 mins from 2 poor ones.
