Your owner's manual should tell you how to put the air suspension in "Jack Mode".

On my 08, there's a button specifically for it and then it shows up in the MFD. But I'm sure the 2014 is different.

The reason there is a Jack Mode: The suspension is actively monitored by the level sensors. If it sees that one wheel is higher or lower than it should be, the air shock on that wheel is adjusted to "level" out the vehicle. If the vehicle is jacked and a wheel is left hanging down, the system thinks that wheel is too "high" and will release air from that air shock. When you lower the vehicle, that wheel will now be lower. A similar, but opposite effect would occur on the corner of the vehicle that is being compressed due to the vehicle being jacked up. At least that is the theory. ;- )
