Hi, does anyone have experience with Touareg eHybrid?

I am a new second-hand owner of a Touareg eHybrid 2021, and I am having issues with EV battery getting drained within no time. Mainly because the car automatically chooses E-mode when starting. Even if the battery is only 10%, the car uses E-mode instead of Hybrid mode. So basically, it drains my battery within a short time.

In my mind it does not make sense to run E-mode only when driving 50+ km/t. Draining the battery, instead of switching to Hybrid-mode and using petrol and saving battery.

Is there a way to force the car to always use Hybrid mode as default? Or maybe changing the threshold for when it can use E-mode only? For example, only below 20 km/t?

I don't know how to do that, it could probably be changed with code... maybe. I am also interested even if I prefer that when I program a % of battery conservation, that the electric battery really does not go lower. It would be a way to force 100% thermal

But I found a way to force the thermal: press a small sharp blow on the acceleration in hybrid mode, the thermal engine will wake up
