There is no rubber gasket made for intake manifold. The old one that you see is silicone. Remove it and clean the channels, clean the manifold. Then use use silicone gasket maker. I did this earlier this year on my 05 V8 when the flaps were seized.

Why did you remove you your intake manifold in the first place?

I don't know why there is oil in the manifold. I think i also had some. But just seal it up right and don't worry about it. Replace the vacuum hoses

Sorry about that. I hope you sort it out. At least its running good.
As for the PCV valve, you can just replace the diaphram (just the orange thing) if its torn.
