Hey all -

We've all been lurkers (people who view messages rather than post) at various places. We have lots of members here as well as lots of lurkers.

So, I am looking for help. How can we get the lurkers to come out of lurking-mode and become active participants in the forums?

Any ideas are welcome and appreciated.

Not worried about harmless or not =) I know they're good to have around. I was thinking that this community would explode if 75% of the registered users picked up and started posting =)
