I absolutely agree! I'm also a fan of VW Diesel engines. Welcome aboard. I would love to hear your comments about Diesels, especially the V10 TDI.

Vw touareg V10 TDI is the best thing that happened. Look after it well and it looks after you. The vehicle has little or no flaws. On the bigger picture the problems we always read about are the creation of mechanics who know nothing or very little about the VW diesel engines. I have always bought a second hand vw and brought it back to life. May be VW would need to have a dedicated knowledgeable engineers to service their vehicles.

VW put so much pressure on the techs during Dieselgate that many of them left the fold. You either go through the learning curve and DIY or open your wallet and brace yourself for torture.
