Can somebody send me a photo ot a an image where to point my original remote control? Is it ok under the rearview mirror? Does the engine must be on?When it starts to blink slowly and then quickly I stop to press the button of Homelink and of the remote control?

Please help me. I have tried to program my homelink hours and no result yet. I have put my remote control under the rear view mirror but no
luck. Can somebody give a photo where to point the remote control exactly?

You may have a rolling code garage door opener. If so you need to press a button on the garage door opener that allows the rolling code to be identfied and picked up by your homelink transmitter (look in the owners manual for the door opener to locate the button).

I had trouble with mine but after hitting the rolling code button and then holding my remote opener near the homelink buttons a few times on my treg it finally worked....

I have no rolling code garage opener. A simple one and is 3 years old.

Just wave it around near the mirror/buttons/etc. until you get the fast blink. Works for me.

I held the reomote directly under the mirror towards the roof line. Once the light starts to rapidly blink you are set to go and can stop.

Did not take much time at all.

I have tried several times. No luck at all.I will try directly under the mirror towards the roof line. For a moment the light started to light rapidly and I thaught that was programmed but no luck. I will try also the two other gates that I have in order to see if there is problem with the specific one but I think that I will have the same results.

You are pushing simultaneously the remote control and the homelink button? After how many seconds it starts to blink faster?

I found also that the fequency is 433 MHZ. I think so. Is there any problem with that frequency?
