Im sitting around 348k KM on my 2014 TDI. Its been good. New battery once just to be proactive. New alternator, one set of brakes. Only repair that was unexpected and expensive was the oil cooler. It failed, oiled down the engine, which I believe led to the demise of the alternator. A couple other repairs that were covered by VW. EGR cooler and adblue heater. I have started shopping for a replacement, but cant find anything that fills its shoes - other than a Q7 or cayenne, but I am having a hard time justifying that kind of $$

My 2004 V8 at 262000 km. 2 timing belt replacements, reco tranny valve body, new shocks front and rear. Front diff bearings done myself etc etc. Batteries die all the time due mystery current leakage fixed by fitting battery isolation switch. Peace and fun touareging to all

My 2011 V6 has 175K miles. I replaced the battery at around 125K, brake pads and sensors at around 100K. The only unanticipated repair was a failed A/C blower motor ($500 repair) at around 75K. I'm hoping to keep it for at least another two years, which would take it to 200K+.
