Hi,
I just got a Touareg 2012, tdi, and it seems to consume too much diesel. I am at 16l/100km in town, about 9 or 10 on roads. I don't have any error message , even with the VW tool.
I fixed an air intake leak, and I don't see anything strange. I have around 200k km on the car. Any idea on what to check ?
Thank you very much !

That's all I have, I'm sorry. A bit of explanation: I'm not really good with cars. But I'm trying to learn ! I had a guy helping me try to figure out what's wrong. I live in a country very far from home, in an ex soviet republic, with no access to official service centers. So all I have is this, and the guy telling me he had some message about "cooler efficiency below threshold". I know it's not much to go with.

Unfortunately, that scanner isn't a "vw tool" and as such, it's not giving anything useful, especially in what you've been supplied. You need a VCDS diagnostic interface, or another capable scan tool, especially due to your scenario of being far away from potential dealer\garage support, etc.
