I am wondering if someone can identify a pipe in the engine bay for me?

The pipe is indicated with the red arrows below. Its located to the left of the main block.

When the engine has been running for a few minutes, the engine bay is hot and this pipe appears to be very soft, almost malleable and fragile.

In image 3 it looks like the pipe is so soft that it's melting. When I touch it, it's very soft.

I would like to replace the pipe but not sure what the part is.
