Help! 2004 4.2 V-8 Keeps dying on me

wrong - these cars have TWO fuel pumps. one to start the car (then it switches off when the other kicks in) and the other to run the car. mine was $1100 to repair the second pump.

same story as yours. started up fine then a few seconds later, died - lather, rinse, repeat...
