No, Not looking for a Headrest with Display. I'm looking for the rear (center seating position) headrest. It's a little smaller than the outside headrests. Thanks though !!

FYI the word for headrest is Kopfstuetze.... this will make your search a little simpler, not sure how to define center rear in German though.
