I'm not going overlanding any time soon but would like to add a roof rack on the cheap. I found these cross bars but wondered if anyone here had dealt with this company before I pull the trigger...

Not yet, still debating. Plus it seems like every time I look at something for my Treg something else comes up that takes priority...

I bought some cross bars and a cargo mat from Omac. It’s a Turkish outfit, apparently.
the mat is OK—it will do the job for $50-80-100 less than WeatherTech.

The bars seem decent but nothing like the quality of the INNO system I had on my golf R. Nearer to the OEM bars from my ‘09 A4 Avant.
Rated at 100kg, which seems light, but should accommodate my cargo box. It took an hour or so to fit the bars…they have rubber inserts that need to be cut to fit and stabilize the mounts in the bars. Putting them back on next time should be a matter of 5 minutes. they do not have any nubs that align with the indentations on the factory roof rails, so alignment is done by feel/measurement.
