I had a friend many years ago who was from Kansas. We were stationed together in the Navy in NH. I grew up in Seattle, so was used to big mountains and trees everywhere. We had a funny discussion about this once:Trex_47e said:Not that there is a whole lot to see in Kansas or eastern Colorado.

Me: Yeah, they're so different from at home.
Him: No, I mean, they get in the way.
Me: Huh?
Him: Well, I'm used to back home where you can see forever in every direction. Here you have all this damn stuff in the way!
Me: But, uh, if there's nothing there, what can you see???
So, I guess really, it depends on your perspective. :confused2:
