So I bought and installed VAG-COM as everybody recommended. But now I need some help and guidance with the output. My Touareg is a 2006, so I expected some glitches. The norm is to clear all the faults you have after recording them as you have done, then drive the car, then rescan it to see which faults, if any, have come back.

Yes. That is exactly what I did. These are those faults.

What is your current mileage? Most of the serious faults last logged at 272759km, but have occurred several times prior.

Is it possible your battery is on the way out, you can get a wide array of strange faults when you dip below critical voltage?
If your battery is in good shape and all those faults remained after clearing all DTC with the vag com then you may have issues with the can bus itself based on several no response indications, as well as problems with your engines fuel injection system.

Does the car drive as expected, or is it in limp mode?

Have you fixed the defective canbus factory wire splice by the drivers door? It is pretty easy to spot.

If you clear a dozen random codes and then get back a dozen non-identical but similar random codes, then it is the canbus splice.

If you clear a dozen random codes and get back back a dozen identical codes that match, then those codes are more likely real.
