I have a rattle coming from the passenger side dash. At first I thought it was coming from the metal insert, but I think it is something else. If i put my finger on the dash just below the center screen it stops. I thought maybe the cd player, but can't figure where i could place rattle tape.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I can't even begin to guess, but those rattles and creaks are tricky to decipher. I have a few in my 'reg and plan to stuff felt in the creases along the dash and other areas to try and quiet them. For the meantime, I have learned to live with the spectral sounds.

Yep, very small nuisance clicks and "chirps". My Treg has several of them. My method of hunting down these little bugger noises is to remove panels, then drive. When a sound disappears, I start putting panel back on, until the noise reappears or stays gone.

No Nooby that is just an option on Aussie Tregs - it gets quite hot down here now that summer is coming (spring temps up to 37 so it should be a long hot one) so you need all the help you can get with the optional airconditioning assist pack
