The shift points and transition are adjusted slightly. With USA programming, it will shift at slightly lower rpms. But the transmission is continually adaptive to how you drive. If you drive like a granny, barely pressing the gas, it will always shift at low rpms. If you drive like a boy racer, it will shift at high rpms.
