My brand new Touareg (only 500km) had to be towed into the dealer. The release button on the gear shift got stuck in all the way and it would not allow me to take the truck out of "D" or "N".
Has anyone out there heard of this before - the dealer and customer care seemed to never had heard of it before.
Any Help?

This has been discussed quite a bit in the past. It's a spring in the gear shifter that breaks. It's a simple fix. Don't worry about it.
