This is the Top-of-the-line Executive Model - Executive level features include:

Only issues:
1. CEL P261A00 - This is for the auxiliary coolant pump circuit open. I had the pump replaced and still have the CEL.
It does not affect the driveability in any way. I believe this pump is used to recirculate warm air inside the vehicle when it is not running.
2. Passenger rear door module is bad and sometimes locks and unlocks while driving. This also prevents Kessy from working properly where you can walk up and have the doors unlock. Using the keyfob works without any issue.
3. A few minor scratches and wheels have some curb rash but nothing major and normal for a 12 year old vehicle.
Only reason for selling is to get back into an Audi S5 Sportback
