Fuse Diagram

I own a 2014 Touareg TDI. I am trying to locate a source for purchasing a diagram of the fuse panels that are located on both ends of the dash. The dealer that has worked on the car and the corporate help line were of zero assistance. They both informed me that VW does not provide that information to customers because the information is very technical and only VW technicians should change fuses. When I tried to explain that a fuse had blown that serves the power ports/cigarette lighters they would not budge. I further explained that I live 180 miles from the nearest dealer and it was ridiculous to expect a car owner to endure the unnecessary expense of traveling to the dealer.:frown2:
