I have a set of stock 18" rims off my 2007 v10. Recently upgraded to a set of 20" from one of the members here. Tires are not great quality and have 30% left. Rims are in great shape. I live in Canada so shipping to the us would be expensive.

Keep those rims; V10 only. Scrap the rubber if need-be, but I'd advise you to keep the OEM rims. Even if you never resell your V10 (but especially so if you do).
