Hi everyone, I have a 04 Treg V8. 122K miles. Check engine light came on with an constant whining noise can be heard and got these codes.
17417 - Mass Air Flow Sensor 1/2
P1009 - 004 - Implausible Signal from Load Calculation - MIL ON
17887 - Brake Boost Vacuum System
P1479 - 008 - Mechanical Failure
17887 - Brake Boost Vacuum System

Readiness: 0000 0000
Upon inspection the PVC Valve is clogged so I changed that and noise went away and the exhaust smells way better. Good!! I know excess fuel is now being burnt off etc. Did an oil change as well.
Noticed one of my lower intake manifold actuator arms are broken and arms are seized followed DIY from SilverD2. System is now as they should be. I also changed out the vacuum tubes for that area.
I also replaced both Mass Air Flow Sensors for good measure as I saw weird numbers from VAGCOM.
I cleared the DTC.
In a week the engine light came back on with the same looking codes:
17417 - Mass Air Flow Sensor 1/2
P1009 - 004 - Implausible Signal from Load Calculation - MIL ON
17887 - Brake Boost Vacuum System
P1479 - 008 - Mechanical Failure
Cleared the DTC and the next day the less then an mile my car has issues shifting pass the 1st gear, when it does it slams into the 2nd. When slowing to a full stop the engine stalled.
Plugged the VAGCOM and this is what I get:

17545 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add)
P1137 - 002 - System too Rich - Intermittent
17547 - Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add)
P1139 - 002 - System too Rich - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000
I reset the DTC and I am good for another week and it all repeats itself.
Any suggestions: 02 sensors? Maybe I missed a leaky hose?
