I might just end up putting this on my Touareg and selling the Touareg with the lift installed

 

If you're selling right away, I wouldn't do that. Installing it properly is quite a bit of work, and generally you'll want to replace the struts, strut mounts, and any worn suspension bushings at the same time- plus do an alignment. Once done, it will reduce the value of the Touareg somewhat from an unlifted model, as most potential buyers won't want a lifted vehicle, and many will consider the cost of reversing the lift in their offers. I'd estimate about $3000 in parts and labor, plus as much as a $2000 reduction in vehicle resale value on top of that!

 

Probably true....my vehicle must be worth practically nothing after my modifications.

 

Bump for this, considering selling my Touareg for something else so I wouldn’t be needing this.

Surprised it hasn't sold... I have the Eurowise 2.5" kit w/ 0.5" subframe drop, and the quality and engineering of the system are really great- this is a very good deal. With the 2.5" my car was able to align properly to factory specs despite the lift.

Me too. Potential installation costs and alignment concerns without adjustable arms aside, I figured there were enough people interested in lifting Touaregs that getting one of the most popular brand lifts at a discount over brand new would be a pretty easy sell.
