In your second pic, it appears you have the marker lights on as the rear lights are on. Is your headlight switch in the off position? Do you have full DRLs enabled? Post your 09 and 46 coding

Whilst on this tread and thinking DRL's, do we have consensus that it is not possible to code out the lower "L" portion of the DRL and retain the "U" section?

It is not possible, they are wired together and come from the same source, it’s a fibre optic system.
