Diesel smell in vehicle

Dealership says that I had an exhaust leak coming from passenger side exhaust manifold header, and the cat dowpipe on passenger side. Should I be concerned about oil leaks after they fix this? What do y’all think is causing the oil leaks after this repair? side note- my fuel injector seals seem to be seeping a fluid a bit as well Should they also be fixing those at the same time? I hear it’s difficult to fix those correctly. I don’t want to open a can of worms here. Any advice would help.
