Did the mechanic run a scan , get a readout of the ash levels, otherwise a regen will sort it out.

run in "Sports mode" for 30-40 minutes to burn it out?

A quick google for those codes reveals:
P2463 Particulate filter problem. If error P2463 is most likely, the filter element will have to be changed.
P2196 The control unit receives a signal about re-enriched combustible mixture from the oxygen sensor. .
P2002 Code 2002 appears as a result of a malfunction in the diesel particulate filter mounted on the first row of cylinders. The device must be replaced since it is not practical to clean it.
