That's a lot of crystals. Could a person just take a low pressure hose and spray around inside that area to rinse off some of that stuff? I know it dissolves easily in water. I know I've dripped some down into that abyss before. I can't imagine that's good for some of the connectors, though.

Pull the inlet hose off the injector. Use VCDS to activate pump.....unless you are replacing a dead pump...lol

Injector (into exhaust I assume) easy to find? Won't just leak out on its own. Will first try if pump can still be activated (DEF system is already tuned out).
