2005 Touareg no battery power

I have a 2005 with no battery power at all. I have charged the battery (or attempted to charge it)
The battery will not charge when charger is hooked up to terminals under the hood. The charger is working but does nothing when hooked to terminals. Key is stuck in ignition and there is absolutely no power inside the car.
Is there a relay or fuse that needs checked so that it will take a charge or receive power to move seat and get to battery?

I'm sure the battery is shot because it's around 4 years old. The problem is I can't move the seat to change it because there is no way to get it power.

I'm still thinking there has to be a fuse or relay not letting the battery to take a charge.

I'm now looking for a wiring schematic so I can manually power up the drivers seat to move it, wondering if I can go through the switch or by the wires under the seat?

won't start after crash

I solved the charging issue by pressing the reset button under the seat by the battery.
The Touareg still wont start. Look at all the dash lights.
We were in a very minor fender bender getting bumped on the side and it did deploy the side curtain airbag. Does the vehicle need the computer reset to start again?
