He is a body specialist and not a mechanic and has placed order for 10ltrs of coolant but I’m thinking it could be more and want the car back not wait another day for more coolant to arrive.

I'd be more concerned about having a body guy drain and refil such critical/sensitive systems vs not having sufficient coolant on hand.... You guys realize that you don't just pour in a/c refrigerant right? If sorting out the coolant capacity presents these challenges, properly refilling the a/c system.

Hi the company have a great reputation on the work also the a/c refill they call a company in to re-gas system. They are just charging £40 for the re gas which I thought was good

You don't use G12 straight, generally mixed between 33 and 50% G12 to water. Your 10 litres will make between 20-30 litres. The entire system also wouldn't have been drained, so a complete dry refill amount won't be accurate.

The coolant is a g12+ ready mix so I think it dose not have to be mixed with anything

If premix it doesn't have to be mixed. Capacity is 14l or so from memory for a complete fill. You likely won't have a completely fill, as there will probably be coolant left in the block, heater etc.

G13 is a later, better specification than G12+
