I’m curious too, and I never thought about a coding solution. My wife’s ‘16 has that screen when you turn the switch to off road, and my ‘11 it only shows up on the radio screen. I’m going to look around with the vag-com and see if I find it. I don’t air or terrain tech. We didn’t get those on the later models.

So it does show up on my wife’s ‘16 as soon as you move the knob from “on road” to “off road”

on my ‘11, I have to press the car button to find it. I’m trying to remember how our ‘12 was. I poked around with my VCDS today for a bit trying to find it, no luck so far.
