Exhaust tips

So what have you been looking at for the exhaust tips or are you gonna wait and see what VW has to offer at a later date?

I have really just started looking for tips. I had bought a set of Audi tips, but don't like them.....so I'll continue the hunt. I'm thinking either dual or oval.

Those make the silver roof racks look like they belong there. Without the pillars, they look out of place. Great job!

Have you tried lining up the racks just above the pillars? Too much noise?

yes, alot of noise, I think the racks look great but its noisy, if they are more at the back less the noise

That is why i chose to get the roof rails put on the Touareg.No wind noise at all.Plus the rails are not permanent.You can always take them off anytime.

I love your roof racks - where did you get them from ? are they a VW fitting or another brand ? Car looks great ! Are the side steps easily installed ?

The rails are made for the Porsche Cayenne.You can put them on the Touareg though.It is not a perfect fit but it will go on.
The step bars were pretty easy to put on.Takes a little time though in doing so.
