Hi. Please help

I have 2005 Touareg V8. I want change my headlights

My current part no: 7l6941016cf (right): Low Beam: Xenon; High beam: Halogen

I would like Bi-Xenon Left and Right headlight.

i m looking for 7L6941017Bl and 7L6941018Bl

What's else do I need to buy? Ballast? Anything else?

You'll need ballasts and igniters. Sorry no part numbers.

Why would you do this?

As of now you get good low beam and, if you use the right bulbs, a good high beam to augment the low.
