I was able to copy mine with Alcohol 120% (Trial Version). Here's a link to an archived VW Vortex thread that I participated in regarding the burning process. It started as trial and error, but we got it in the end.

Don't be fooled, the NAV disc DO have copy protection and are NOT exact copies, even if they look it. See the link above in my previous post about using Alcchol 120% trial. It works!
