My two year old 2014 v6 tdi with it's 100l tank, is averaging 9.1l/km combined city/highway (over the life of my treg). Getting 950-1000km city and 1130-1200km highway. I further found with a thule capsule atop and my 2,500lbs tent trailer in tow, fuel economy stays the same, even when going through the rockies.
