Thanks for the pictures.
I checked my KESSY and the resistors (0.22 ohm) are fine, they might have been removed to separate portions of the circuit. It's a fusible resistor.
The transistor is a MOSFET and I just ordered few at buck a piece from here.
I'll let you know if it help me.

Assuming it helps you, it would be nice to see exactly which parts were at fault. May lead to easier diagnosis for others.

I just replaced the two MOSFETs and bingo! It's working .
So far anyway.
My wife just took one daughter to piano lesson (15 min drive) and reported that it still works.
I'm hoping it stays that way.

Bad run of transistors? I think I've got a different problem as the LR door lock button stopped working after feeling like mush for a few weeks. The other handles worked fine until recently. Often as not now, if I get the other handles to lock the door the car unlocks immediately -- as thought the LR button is shorted out or stuck as, next morning, it works fine again (except for that particular handle).

How did you diagnose the transistors as being faulty?
Read similar posts on this forum concerning KESSY. Scan KESSY ECU with VAG-COM and if you have DTC's on antennas in right and left doors, rear bumper and one of two interior antennas, then pretty sure that one or two transistors and may be a few resistors in KESSY ECU are dead.

access auth module

i have a similar problem, when i driving there are " move selector to parking position" coming out. so i bring it to vw delership, they said my access auth module(kessy module?) was bad which i need to change a new one also. hey man, its so costly --! $1000!!!!! just a module??? :confused::confused: now, i want to order one from other delership insted of cost $1000 doing my delership. ( sorry for my poor english)

I was having the exact same message along with some clicking in the area of the Kessy unit a couple of weeks ago. My battery was a little low in voltage, so I changed it.

The message has not returned since.

I have swapped out the two mofset brought the control unit back life from no communication from scan tool to all antenna error (that means the control unit actually can talk to the scan tool now)

I assume the few resistors needed to replace too but I cannot source those resistors.

I believe those are fusible resistors, hard to find in that size. You could just wire it out to 0.25A glass fuse just to see if it works.
My antennas measured around 8 ohms. One was 54 ohms and it was bad (bumper left). I changed it.

The kessy is identical, I replaced my kessy with one I bought from the Porsche dealer. It came in a Porsche box but the kessy module itself has the VW logo and exact same markings as the defective one that came out of my Touareg.

Question to Krakonosh and Bobby78.

My Kessy lost communication with the antennas long ago. So...

How to find out which resistors went kaput? Surely, the two transistors will have to be replaced, but there are quite a few resistors on that thing...
