Hello guys,

can u help me out please? I would like to know if pump could be dead. My neighbour asked me if I could check lights on dashboard. First issue was NOx sensor which I replaced and nox error (efficiency too low) disappeared, but AdBlue failure message on dashboard stayed (no vcds error). After few test drives, this error came up:
Code:
9645 - Reductant
          P20E8 00 [237] - Pressure too Low
MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
             Freeze Frame:
                    Fault Status: 00000001
                    Fault Priority: 2
                    Fault Frequency: 1
                    Mileage: 155656 km
                    Date: 2021.12.22
                    Time: 12:27:54

                    Engine speed: 732.50 /min
                    Normed load value: 60.0 %
                    Vehicle speed: 1 km/h
                    Coolant temperature: 68 °C
                    Intake air temperature: 4 °C
                    Ambient air pressure: 990 mbar
                    Voltage terminal 30: 14.500 V
                    Unlearning counter according OBD: 40
                    Outside air temperature: 1.0 °C
Pressure sensor for reducing agent: measured pressure: 821 hPa
Sensor for reducing agent tank temperature: temperature: 11.0 °C
Reducing agent pump: activation: 80.00 %
Is pump dead or issue is somewhere else? I want to drop Adblue tank to check wiring and components.
I have checked replacement for pump: #561 198 969. I didnt find any leaks so I suppose that pump is responsible for this.

Thanks in advance

Its very possible the pump is dead. Emissions are the bane of modern diesels. Unreliable crap.

Do you still have the 10 year/100k mile warranty on yours?

Ahh gotcha. I'd delete that crap and never worry about it again.

I am happy with my 2014 (without AdBlue), but he's got 2017 with crappy AdBlue system. I would delete it (many people would) but there is possibility that he wouldn't pass inspection for emissions.
