I don't know for sure, but that's what most people think and then we start by changing it. The old one was broken anyway, but I don't know if there could be something else that has gone.

Have VCDS but haven't figured out how to do this.

 

So if you have VCDS, you would've used it initially to diagnose this part before changing it. Also, since you're not posting a scan of whatever you're working on, we don't even know what engine we are taking about. Lastly, you're the one who started referencing what others have said, I didn't bring it up.... just like I'm replying in huge text... I'm not the one who started this nonsense
