Hi,

Have a 14 model that stopped for us at the beginning of November.
Have changed the fuel pressure regulator valve and wonder if this needs to be coded or adaptationed?

I don't know for sure, but that's what most people think and then we start by changing it. The old one was broken anyway, but I don't know if there could be something else that has gone.
In any case, it has now been replaced and then did somone mention anything about coding or adapting the new one?

No, but what others have said is probably not relevant either.

The only thing I really wonder about is how to reset this fuel pressure regulator valve in that case?
Have VCDS but haven't figured out how to do this.

So if you have VCDS, you would've used it initially to diagnose this part before changing it. Also, since you're not posting a scan of whatever you're working on, we don't even know what engine we are taking about. Lastly, you're the one who started referencing what others have said, I didn't bring it up.... just like I'm replying in huge text... I'm not the one who started this nonsense :p

Excuse me, but is there a reason for your rude reply?

I asked a simple question about whether you have to code or adapt a new pressure regulator valve and then you answer with how I know that it is the problem.

If you don't know how to code, then there's no point in answering? In any case, there is no reason to answer rudely.
