Ad Blue problems

Folks
I have a 2015 TDI Executive, bought in 2018 from the dealer. Had 16000 miles on it and it didn't have any other owner. The story was the dealers wife had the car.
Apparently it was fixed to go on the road again after the VW diesel scandal. Now 75000 miles on the meter.
I have now visited 4 different VW dealers, close to home and far away because of Ad Blue problems. Getting the message on my dashboard that my car wouldn't start in 90 miles etc.
They have replaced two nok sensors over these 4 years and the catalytic converter.
Just now they replaced the second nok sensor and it should all be fixed. I pick up the car from the dealer and the next day, the same message again as before and now the car is at the dealer again. It is all warranty but super annoying.
Does anyone else had these problems?

The service guy this time was talking about the injector.
Can’twait to find out what they have done or fixed this time when I pick up my car.
I’m also starting to believe that there are few good diesel mechanics out there.
The first thing this dealer did was calling the VW help line and another dealer told me that it was very tricky to work on the computer with these cars.
We’ll see.

This exact thing has happened our our '15 TDI. Only used VW DEF ever in the vehicle. The low on ADBLUE message comes on, I fill it up, then the ADBLUE message goes away, then randomly within a day the "you're almost empty your vehicle will no longer start in 80miles" message comes on - no yellow check engine light ever. Dealer could not find it, but if I just do a scan of all codes/faults with VCDS and then clear all codes, it goes away and is fine until the next time the tank gets low. Dealer thinks it's a computer glitch with the float level interface measuring the level inside the tank. I'm not pushing fixing it because not sure how easy to track down and what else might get messed up if they just start changing parts out willy/nilly. VSCS is your savior!

I've had that happen 4-5 times over the years following the dieselgate 'fix'. Both NOx sensors have failed/been replaced, one has been twice. The AdBlue injector has failed/been replaced. And most recently, it was crystalline buildup that got into the tank (dried urea solution) and clogged the AdBlue injector - which initially made the tech think bad sensor. Diagnostics showed good sensor, so they looked further. All a nuisance, especially when you have no advance warning prior to that "SERVICE NOW OR I WON'T START!!" message, and you're farther from any qualified dealer/private shop than the miles remaining. A good shop will understand the codes the car is reporting and will diagnose logically. I don't use VW AdBlue, so they always check the quality of the fluid to assure that's not the problem - and it always passes - and I've used at least a half dozen different suppliers of the fluid. Crystalline buildup - if you use a VW AdBlue bottle later as a funnel for the aftermarket stuff (e.g. cut the bottom of it off; the press to dispense is pretty handy, esp when you otherwise can overfill the tank), be sure to rinse it with clean water after use. I do now...

I suspect that many dealers don't fill the tank up to the top when they change the oil and do the expected Ad blue fill. It happened to me in the middle of a trip with only 5,000 miles from the last fill up. It usually doesn't set off a count down when I have my oil changed at close to 10K miles. You have to be pro active.
