I've had this warning a couple of times. Came up several weeks ago, then cleared, but came back very shortly after. I took it to VW five dock, they gave it to Audi to recalibrate. That lasted about 2 weeks. Back to VW Five dock and they now say that it needs 2 front cameras replaced. Should be done by tomorrow arvo. Has anyone else had this problem?
Luckily my 3 yr warranty lasts until the end of this month. Was told each camera is $4K.

I have a 2018/19 VW Touareg R-Line Tech (UK). I got three fault messages:
  • Front Assist Availability Limited
  • Lane Assist currently unavailable
  • Emergency Assist currently unavailable
First time was August 2019 and went in for 24 hours for recalibration.
Happened again last Friday Feb 2020.
Went into VW dealer to be told it is a known issue that requires a software fix that they are working on. Once developed it will require 4 weeks testing in Germany!
It's been a known issue since Oct 2019.
